Making a move from the clinical laboratory into the healthcare consulting space in 2000, Robin is recognized as a subject matter expert, thought leader and educator in the areas of coding and billing compliance. She has 20+ years of experience as a consultant specializing in audit of toxicology, molecular pathology and surgical pathology. Within the Revenue Cycle, she possesses special expertise in Revenue Integrity, CDM management, and coding compliance.

In 2016, Robin turned her focus toward coding and billing compliance of genetic testing. And in 2021, she joined the Legal and Compliance team at BioReference Health, LLC as director of coding and billing compliance.

A diverse background that includes publications and public speaking as well as providing commentary for podcast. Publications cover topics that range from CLIA standards for physician office laboratories to the basics of coding for gene-based diagnostic testing as well as other areas of healthcare (outside of the laboratory / pathology) including infusion and injection services, pharmacy and respiratory therapy

Jeanette Gray has over thirty-five (35) years’ experience in various healthcare settings with the past twenty-two (22) years in pathology and laboratory. She has held roles in Marketing, Business Development, Credentialing, Managed Care and Billing. Since joining ProPath in 2001, Jeanette has been responsible for managed care contracting, credentialing, and various billing operations, including implementing a new billing system in 2011. In 2018, she became Director over all Revenue Cycle (RCM) operations for ProPath. Jeanette is active in (American Clinical Laboratory Association (ACLA) and sits on the American Pathology Foundation’s (APF) Editorial Board for the Pathology/Laboratory Coding Handbook. Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Health Administration from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Dallas Baptist University

Tiffani Bouchard, CCS, has been a Revenue Integrity Professional and Healthcare Industry Thought Leader for 30+ years. She is a subject matter expert in laboratory and pathology coding and billing. She has spent time in performing education to pathologists/pathology groups. She also has expertise in chargemaster management, hospital and professional coding and bill auditing, claims issues resolution, resolving professional claim denials, and performing charge capture and documentation reviews for critical access, short-term acute and teaching hospitals. She has extensive knowledge of CMS, American Medical Association (AMA) and American Hospital Association (AHA) Coding Clinic for HCPCS coding / billing guidance.

Tiffani is credentialled as a Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and is also a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). She is a technical writer and webinar speaker for MedLearn Publishing. She currently serves as Chair for the New Jersey HFMA Revenue Integrity Committee.
