Dr. Tamera Paczos, MD (APCP )

Dr. Paczos is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.  After several years leading the Regional Pathology Division at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) and Serving as the Medical Director for their new state of the art Central Laboratory servicing the entire health system she served at BioReference Health, LLC as Senior VP, Associate Chief Medical Officer.  Currently Chair of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at BronxCare Health System, as of  4/1/2024.

She completed her residency in combined anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.  Dr. Paczos also completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester Medical Center and went on to obtain a Master’s of Science in Business Administration at the University of Rochester Simon School of Business.

Dr. Paczos is active in laboratory administration in her new role where she is involved in all aspects of laboratory development and management for the company. Her new role allows her to pursue her primary areas of interest in  Womens’ Health, laboratory administration, gynecology pathology and general clinical pathology on a larger scale.
