Patty Sipes

I have 30 years of experience in healthcare; 14 within senior leadership. The depth of my range is significant and my skill sets are very transferable to many industries. (capital equipment sales, lab sales mgmt, contract negotiation, executive mgmt, board mbrshp, M&A, strategy and Bus Dev)

I began my career straight out of college selling Immunoassay medical equipment for Ciba Corning. I was one of 3 college graduates selected for their “Advanced Selection and Placement” class; one that would train those who had no experience in sales nor science. I sold blood gas analyzers prior to making a move to Myriad Genetics where I began my tenure in sales mgmt. I was a member of the original mgmt team at Myriad. After a few yrs, I was recruited out of Myriad by a mentor who was starting up her own venture. The venture capital based business was ahead of its time and was forced back into the R&D phase after only one yr. In 2002, I "settled in" at Esoterix where I spent 7 successful years. LCA acquired Esoterix in 2005. During the merger, I was requested to join the “combined” oncology sales team that was created between the Esoterix and USL.

Shortly after, I was promoted to a managed care position where I effectively negotiated higher rates for contracts that specifically affected the companies within the “Esoteric Business Unit” of LCA - USL, Esoterix, Dianon. During my tenure as Dir of Global Sales and Mktg at Ikonisys, I was the most senior member of sales. I ran two business units: lab and capital equipment sales. In 2010, after much encouragement, I created my own consulting group. During the height of success, PAML asked me about to be their SVP of Sales/Mktg/Bus Dev. I wanted to have a stronger influence on the overall success of an organization. Hence, my relocation to Spokane, WA. After great success at PAML , PHS/CHI sold to LCA in 5/17. I joined InCyte Diagnostics as their CEO for two years. After great success and with a desire to go back to the commercial arena, I joined Inform Diagnostics last year in 2021, and am currently independant.
