Kirim Sirgi, MD , MBA

Dr. Sirgi is a pathologist, board certified in Anatomic, Clinical and Cytopathology with additional fellowship training in surgical pathology. Dr. Sirgi also holds an MBA and has 30 plus years of practice and leadership experience in private and academic pathology practices, as well as local and national professional pathology and laboratory organizations.

Dr. Sirgi currently owns and manages healthcare consulting companies, including Sirgi Consulting LLC that offers expertise to medical groups in organizational leadership, intra and inter group dynamics and communication, succession planning, governance structure, physician wellness, physician engagement, strategic planning, and group retreat facilitation.

Dr. Sirgi serves as the medical director of The Colorado Center for Medical Laboratory Science, a medical technology school based in Denver, as well as the advisory, trustee and governance boards of established multi-million-dollar companies, start-up ventures, and community based and national philanthropic and non-profit foundations.
