Jane Pine Wood
Thirty-seven years of representation of clinical and anatomic laboratories, hospitals, health systems, physicians, imaging centers, home health agencies, mental health providers, clinics, other healthcare providers, and professional societies in corporate, regulatory, reimbursement, contractual, and other matters. Jane currently serves as Counsel at McDonald Hopkins, LLC (2024 to present). Jane has served in an Executive leadership role in the growth of the fourth largest laboratory in the U.S., including a pandemic expansion from approximately 4,000 employees to over 8,000 employees, as well as post-pandemic repositioning. Awards: 2018 Finalist, NJBIZ General Counsel of the Year; 2015 Association of Pathology Chairs Friends of Pathology Award; 2010 ASCP Patients’ Advocate Award; Selected for inclusion in Massachusetts Super Lawyers (2005); Listed as Top 50 Female Lawyer Credential.
